About Me

Whilst I love the immediacy of digital imaging I am also passionate about film photography and decided to create a web site solely dedicated to my passion and so 4TAcresAnaloguePhotography.com has been created.

Where did the site's name originate from..........Well, from a small local nature reserve within a short walking distance of my home known as '40 Acres'. This local site became  my go to place for testing cameras, lenses and films I'd purchased, especially so during the Covid pandemic.

A passionate amateur photographer who specializes in capturing mainly monochrome images on film using a variety of 35mm cameras I do, of course, embrace digital photography with both Fujifilm and Nikon digital cameras.  Posting on Instagram, Facebook and Flickr under "Michael W Brooks Photography - UK", Links to Facebook and Instagram below.
